The problem this solves
Building the wrong thing is far more expensive than building the right thing with care, so this sprint tests the idea before a line of code exists. We speak to the people who will use it, map the job they are trying to finish and draw the flows the whole way through, including the states that get forgotten: nothing to show, something failed, permission partly granted. You leave with annotated wireframes, a ranked scope and a usable estimate.

- Annotated wireframes across as many as 20 screens, empty and error states drawn
- A ranked feature list, separated into launch and later
