The problem this solves
A small, carefully chosen group will surface most of the serious usability trouble. We recruit people who resemble your audience, set realistic tasks against the live product and observe without intervening. Findings are ranked by how many participants struck them and how badly each one blocked progress, with a clip attached to each. A recording ends a disagreement about a confusing screen much faster than an opinion does.
