A one-time piece of engineering work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Each service page lists the deliverables, the timeline in working days, who it suits, what we need from you and the price with GST included.

Everything included is listed under “What you receive” on the service page. Anything not on that list is not assumed. If you are unsure whether something is covered, ask before you buy and we will confirm in writing.

So you can compare, budget and get approval without a sales call. The same service costs the same for every customer.

Yes. Add as many as you need to your project and pay once. Each service is planned and delivered on its own timeline.

Each unit repeats the listed scope once. It does not stretch one unit to cover a larger piece of work.

Engineering Counsel services start at ₹100. You get a written answer to one specific question, and a recommendation on whether a larger service is worth buying at all.

No. The service page carries everything needed to decide. Use the contact form if you would like a written answer first, and ask for a call if you prefer one.

Yes. We work in your repositories and follow your review and release conventions rather than asking you to adopt ours.

Usually a short brief at the start, the access listed under “What we need from you”, and a brief review of the weekly written update.

Tell us before work starts and we will swap it for a better fit or refund it, as set out in the refunds policy.

From the day we hold your payment, your completed brief and the access or inputs the service page lists. If an input arrives late, the handover date moves by the same number of days.

The work in your own repositories or accounts, written documentation, and a walkthrough. The exact items are listed on each service page.

Each service includes one consolidated revision round, as described in the Terms and the Delivery policy. A revision refines what was delivered against the agreed scope; a new requirement is scoped separately.

No. We commit to the listed deliverables, the standard of the work and the published timeline. Revenue, traffic or adoption depend on many things outside the engineering work.

Yes. Every price is in Indian rupees with 18% GST included, and it is exactly what you pay at checkout.

By UPI through a licensed payment gateway, using any UPI app. Cryonity Labs never sees your UPI PIN or banking credentials.

If you have a valid code, enter it at checkout. The discount is shown before you pay.

Send us the order number and the UPI reference. We reconcile against the gateway and either confirm the order or refund it in full.

Cancellations before kickoff are refunded in full. After work starts, the refunds policy sets out how the amount is calculated at each stage and how long it takes to reach you.

On full payment, the code, configuration, designs and documents produced for your service belong to your organisation, as set out in the Terms.

We ask for the narrowest access the listed work needs and ask you to revoke it at handover. Please never send credentials over email or chat; invite us through your own tools instead.

Only what is needed to deliver and invoice your order and reply to you. The Privacy Notice explains what is collected, why, for how long, and your rights under the DPDP Act 2023.
