About Cryonity Labs

An engineering studio for intelligent, well-made systems.

Cryonity Labs designs, builds, secures and runs software, cloud platforms, data pipelines and AI assistants for businesses. We sell that work as fixed-scope services, so the deliverables, timeline and price are clear before anyone commits.

Manifesto

What we believe, and how it shows up in the work.

Five statements we hold ourselves to on every service, from a one-day written answer to a five-week build.

01

Vision

Technology a business can understand, own and change.

We want every system we touch to be legible to the people who depend on it: documented, reproducible and free of hidden dependencies on us. Good engineering should reduce the number of people you need to call, not increase it.

02

Mission

Make engineering work as clear to buy as it is to use.

Complex work is usually sold through meetings, estimates and change requests. We publish it instead: each service states its deliverables, its timeline in working days, what we need from you and a price with GST included.

03

Engineering philosophy

Boring tools, written decisions, automated checks.

We prefer well-understood technology over novelty, write down why each decision was made, and put checks in a pipeline rather than in someone’s memory. The codebase should be easier to change when we leave than when we arrived.

04

Innovation mindset

New techniques, tested against real questions.

AI and automation are part of most of our work, but we treat them like any other component: measured against an agreed standard before launch, and replaced by something simpler when that serves you better.

05

Delivery approach

Small increments, in your accounts, with a proper handover.

Work lands in your repositories and cloud accounts from the first day, in reviewed increments with a written update each week. Every service ends with documentation and a walkthrough your own team can pick up.

Working principles

Six habits you will notice

These are practical commitments rather than values on a wall. Each one is visible in how a service is sold, delivered or handed over.

Scope before payment

The deliverables are written on the service page before you buy. Anything not listed is not assumed.

One published price

The same service costs the same for everyone, in rupees, with GST included.

Nothing held back

Repositories, environments and licences are set up in your organisation’s name.

Least access

We ask for the narrowest access the work needs and hand it back at the end.

Straight answers

If a service would not help, we say so before you pay.

Written updates

Progress is reported in writing, so it can be forwarded, searched and checked later.

Practices

Nine practices, 49 services

From written answers starting at ₹100 to complete platforms. Every practice follows the same eight-stage process.

01

Applied Software Systems

Websites, internal consoles, back-end services and cross-platform apps, built inside repositories you own and handed over with the documentation the next developer will need.

02

Platform Infrastructure

Cloud environments declared in code, delivery pipelines that gate every release and hardened container platforms, with running costs examined before they become a surprise.

5 services

03

Data and Inference

Warehouses, scheduled pipelines and decision reporting built on agreed definitions, plus retrieval assistants and model feasibility work where machine learning is likely to pay its way.

5 services

04

Interaction Research

Product definition, interface systems, mobile screens and moderated usability studies: design drawn against real constraints and handed over in a form engineers can build from.

5 services

05

Systems Interchange

Interface contracts, payment flows, record synchronisation and customer messaging, wired with retries, logging and one clear place to look when a message fails.

5 services

06

Security Assurance

Penetration assessments, cloud identity reviews, credential hygiene and the evidence groundwork for DPDP Act 2023, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 readiness.

5 services

07

Verification Engineering

Automated journey suites, endpoint contract packs, stress assessments and real-device test cycles, built so a failing test means something is genuinely broken.

5 services

08

Operational Continuity

Incident response packs, health monitoring, restore drills and monthly care programmes that keep production systems observed, patched and recoverable.

5 services

09

Engineering Counsel

Short, fixed-price written answers from experienced engineers: an error diagnosed, a quote assessed, a repository reviewed. For the days you need a verdict rather than a project.

A note on what you will not find here

No borrowed logos. No invented numbers.

You will not see client logos, awards, certifications or statistics on this site unless they are real and we have permission to publish them. Until then, the service pages are the best evidence we can offer: they say exactly what we will deliver, and for how much.
