01
The problem this solves
Software that feels quick on a new flagship can labour on an older handset with 3GB of memory and an unreliable connection, which describes a great many phones in India. Testing runs by hand on 15 real devices picked from your own analytics, over slow networks, and through interruptions: a call mid-payment, an hour spent in the background, a permission refused. Each defect reaches your tracker with video and steps.
02
What you receive
- Hands-on testing across 15 real devices drawn from your actual user base
- Installation, the upgrade path and the first run all exercised
- Behaviour checked on slow connections, patchy coverage and no connection at all
- Interruptions tested: incoming calls, notifications, time spent in the background
- Defects filed in your tracker, each carrying video, handset details and repeat steps
- Notes on startup time, memory use and battery drain
- A summary report ending in a release recommendation
03
What changes afterwards
Faults surface on the handsets your customers are holding
A crash report turns into a reproducible defect with video attached
A release decision backed by coverage on real hardware
04
Is it the right fit?
Ideal for
- Apps only ever tested on the recent phones in the team's pockets
- Releases aimed at a wide consumer audience across India
- Crash reports that nobody has yet managed to reproduce
What we need from you
- Builds for both platforms, ideally via the beta distribution channels
- Test accounts, plus whatever data opens up the deeper screens
- Access to whichever defect tracker you use

Before you buy
Yes. It is in Indian rupees with 18% GST included, and it is exactly what you pay at checkout. Nothing is added afterwards for the scope listed on this page.
The working days are counted from the day we hold your payment, the completed brief and everything listed under “What we need from you”. If an input arrives late, the handover date moves by the same number of days.
Ask before you buy. We will confirm in writing whether it sits inside this scope, point you to a better-fitting service, or tell you it needs separate work.
On full payment, the code, configuration, designs and documents produced for this service belong to your organisation, as set out in our Terms.
Each unit repeats the listed scope once. It does not stretch a single unit to cover more.
