Support arrangements come apart when responsibility is unclear, or when the responsible person meets your code for the first time on the day it fails. This one opens with an onboarding week spent learning the system properly. From then on: proactive monitoring, security patching, and 20 engineering hours a month applied to fixes and minor improvements, with response times named in the agreement. Unused hours carry over once; the term rolls monthly.

The working days are counted from the day we hold your payment, the completed brief and everything listed under “What we need from you”. If an input arrives late, the handover date moves by the same number of days.

On full payment, the code, configuration, designs and documents produced for this service belong to your organisation, as set out in our Terms.
