The problem this solves
Monitoring goes wrong in two directions: nothing fires, or so much fires that the channel gets muted. We place uptime checks in several locations, watch errors and latency against thresholds drawn from your own traffic, and route by severity, so a warning lands in a channel while a real outage rings somebody. The dashboard carries only the numbers that actually indicate health.

The working days are counted from the day we hold your payment, the completed brief and everything listed under “What we need from you”. If an input arrives late, the handover date moves by the same number of days.
