We build a traffic model from your analytics, browse-to-checkout ratio included, and drive it with a scripted load testing tool against something close to production. Load climbs until something yields, and we trace the cause: a slow query, an exhausted thread pool, a rate limit at the gateway. The numbers and the ranked bottlenecks follow.
